Michelle Cardenas has been practicing energy healing for over 12 years and is certified in several modalities. Her specialties are in Reiki, Access Bars® & Bio-Touch. She is committed to assisting and supporting others their healing process. Michelle is highly sensitive to the needs of her clients and is dedicated to providing friendly, kind, and professional care. She has Associate's degrees in both Exercise Science, Health & Wellness and Psychology; and a Bachelor's degree in Fine Art. Michelle's knowledge of the mind and body combined with creativity, allows her to be a well-rounded practitioner. Every session is customized to meet the needs of the individual.

Michelle conducts Reiki, Access Bars®, and Bio-Touch sessions and Reiki classes. She also offers mobile services to your home, office, outdoor space,etc. for your convenience (within a 10 mile radius. Michelle is trained in traditional Usui Reiki and uses her intuitive nature to target areas that she senses are in need of advanced additional attention. Michelle will customize treatments according to your wants and needs. Integrating Reiki with other modalities (including crystals) is one of her specialties allowing for an even more custom session. She also can incorporate Bio-Touch, and other healing modalities. Every client is unique - every session is unique.

 

Michelle Cardenas is the founder and organizer of the Meetup.com group - "Tucson Reiki Junkies". Every month on the second Saturday, third Wednesday, and third Saturday she conducts a FREE Reiki Share event. At each of these events she reviews the definition of Reiki, its uses, and benefits. She conducts a guided meditation and facilitates mini Reiki sessions. The group is open to the public. Newbies to Reiki are encouraged to attend, observe, and have the opportunity to receive this wonderful healing modality. Practitioners are urged to come and share their gift with the community. In addition to her energy healing practice, Michelle is also a certified Angel Card Reader with Doreen Virtue, Ph.D., founder of Angel Therapy. She has several different Angel decks that she can utilize; from gentle guidance to the more direct and to-the-point readings. Other cards she uses to assist clients in finding solutions to daily problems include Numerology cards (her personal favorite) and other Oracle and Tarot cards.
