Reiki Level 1 (May 11) Live Stream

Service Description

Do you want to learn more about Reiki? Do you want to assist yourself and others in the healing process? Or are you already attuned and just need a refresher? In this Level One class we will discuss what Reiki is, the origin of this healing modality & the many uses of Reiki - mind, body & spirit. Level 1 training emphasizes self healing. You will learn Reiki hand positions & techniques using the Traditional Usui method and will receive an attunement & certificate for Level 1. We will do lots of practicing. This is a live online class (lecture portion). Attunements will be done by appointment - in-person or live individually online (Zoom).
